Warranty Policy

Products purchased directly from the Sabina website are covered by a warranty against damage resulting from normal usage for a period of 7–15 business days from the date of product receipt.

Warranty Claim Procedure:

To initiate a warranty claim, please adhere to the following steps: Unboxing Process: It is mandatory to record a video clip of the unboxing process as evidence. Contact Information: Contact us via LINE@: @SabinaThailand.

Warranty Resolution Process:

Upon receiving a damaged product and confirming normal usage, Sabina will proceed as follows:

1. Investigation and Repair: Product sent for internal inspection and repair.
2. Replacement: If not repairable, a replacement of the same model and price is offered.
3. Product Discontinuation: If out of stock, an upgraded replacement may be offered at a price difference.
